Prepare for an interview

Interviews are scheduled meetings, separate from the pre-screen conversation. Use this page when a candidate already has a meeting arranged and you need to prepare from their profile or join the call.

Select a candidate to inspect their profile before the meeting. Use Join when the meeting includes a Google Meet link.

Make time available

Your availability preferences give Finlay default recurring windows, timezone and interview duration for scheduling. See Set your availability.
