Prepare for scheduled candidate meetings and set the availability Finlay can use when arranging interviews.

## Prepare for an interview

Interviews are scheduled meetings, separate from the pre-screen conversation.
Use this page when a candidate already has a meeting arranged and you need to
prepare from their profile or join the call.

Select a candidate to inspect their profile before the meeting. Use **Join**
when the meeting includes a Google Meet link.

## Make time available

Your availability preferences give Finlay default recurring windows, timezone
and interview duration for scheduling. See
