# Managed workspaces

In Finlay Managed, create jobs and review candidates while Finlay recruiters operate outreach and automation.

On **Finlay Managed**, Finlay recruiters run automation and outreach for
existing jobs. Create a new role with enough detail for the recruiter to set
up the search, then review candidates and interviews as they progress.

## What Finlay recruiters handle

Outreach, the LinkedIn connection, editing existing jobs and automation
settings are managed by Finlay recruiters. Contact your Finlay recruiter when
a live job needs a change.
